"Wanted to stick with a brand I like, but the site was frustrating"
I’ve usually had a good experience with this brand, so I really wanted to give the site a fair shot. But i had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and after clicking around for a while, I just got frustrated and gave up. Kind of disappointing because I do like the brand, but the website made it harder than it should’ve been.
"Quality was not what I expected"
I ordered from homewellproducts.com, i was let down by the quality. I was hoping it would be decent, but it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box.
After only using it a few times, it already started having issues, which was really frustrating. I hate wasting time and energy dealing with stuff that should have worked properly in the first place, especially when I thought I was paying for something better.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to last very long, and now I feel like I spent more effort on this than it was worth

"I ordered a couple of things from Homewellproducts..."
I ordered a couple of things from Homewellproducts, they were just okay for the price. Nothing arrived broken and shipping was fine, so I’m not saying the whole experience was a disaster. But the items looked nicer online than they did in person and felt a bit cheaper than I expected. I’ve had to explain this more than once, but my issue isn’t that anything was damaged — it’s that the value just isn’t there. I probably could’ve found similar stuff somewhere else for less

"Delivery is taking forever"
I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and the shipping has been really slow. From the lack of updates, I’m assuming things are backed up on their end, but it’s been frustrating.
